| At last, she was finally nearing the completion of the quest she had been given by Big Mike. ~Finally... it's only been a few days but it feels like I've been hunting these damn things down forever...~ she thought, at last relaxing now that she was on her way to the end of her adventure. Checking the radar to be certain she was on the right course, the changeling woman closed her eyes, relaxing as she tried to let go of the anxiety that had filled her during this trip. ~In just two days... I've been through so much. Hell, I earned a motherload of cash and I gave it away to fricken charity. What are you becoming Snow?~ Slowly, as she rested and flew at a casual pace, the young warrior could feel her strength and conviction returning. She had an adventure ahead of her. A legend, about to be put to the test, a wish, about to be made, and beyond that... who knew what would await the daughter of icer. Speaking of which, earlier, she'd been contemplating the thought of visiting home, seeing how the bitch of a woman that called herself a mother was doing. ~That...~ she thought, thinking back to the words brother Absit... ~And I'd like to meet this Hachi guy the friar seemed so enamored with. What the hell kind of person on Icer starts doing kind things for people.~ Slowly, ideas started coming to her, bits and pieces really. Things to do when she got home, places to see, people... particularly her mother... to put in their place. Also, she could remember hearing rumors of powerful changeling warriors who'd secluded themselves out in the tundra, training those they found worthy with techniques formed of fire and ice. ~Perhaps...~ she wonderred lazily, ~Perhaps once I've solved this myth, if indeed it proves true, I should return home to test that legend as well. See if I can track down Fire Flash, or Freeze Flash, and see what the old geezers have to teach me.~ It wasn't too long after that she was brought out of her relaxed day dreaming by sound of the radar's beep growing louder and swifter, coming together more often than before as she drew near. Opening her eyes, she found herself drawing near an island, fairly large and lush, with a strange plateau in the middle, squarish in shape, rising out of the trees. In moments, Snow had reached her final destination, and withdrew the radar to accelerate the search, knowing full well how difficult it would be to find such a small ball among all the foliage without it. In a few moments, the ball was at last hers. Flying up out of the trees, she made her way onto the plateau, only to find that it was an old, abandoned fighting ring, with holes blasted in it. A quick check of the radar to find out how long her partner, the android designated AREU, would be in coming, before kneeling on the ring's surface, placing the balls in a pattern based on the number of stars they possessed, leaving gaps for the two that AREU would be bringing. "It is almost finished..." she whispered to herself, turning her head to the sky to watch, and to wait.' OOC: 550 words, found the 7 star dragonball. Waiting for Areu so we can get our wish.

| The android flew overhead, eventually descending down and landing in front of the changeling woman with his usual grace. Each hand held one of the various orange balls that he had been sent to retrieve. His clothing burnt in various places. Most noticeably around his sleeves. With a slight nod to the changeling he knew as a space cow, before placing the two balls with the rest. Magic. Such utter nonsense. But curiosity intrigued. He certainly wanted to know if it was true or not. And what better way to do so than to simply test the legend directly. Of course he had no way of knowing how to perform the ritual, so it was now all up to Snow. words: 120

| As she gazed in the direction the radar told her the machine would be coming from, Snow found herself glancing nervously to the dragon balls, before returning her eyes to watch the skys. "What if it doesn't work..." she questioned herself, rememberring all the plans she had made on the long flight here from the northern polar caps. "No, it will work, I'm sure of it, Big Mike does his homework on this stuff, he's confident it works or he wouldn't have sent me on this quest, he'd have kept me there to keep working." But even as she reassured herself, doubts began to creep into her wicked mind, thoughts of 'accidents' that had been arranged for other mobsters who'd gotten too big for their britches. ~But... papa wouldn't do that... he likes me... I'm like a daughter to him...~ But when she got down to the truth of it, he called all of his underlings his child. "Well... I did lie to him about Tony... but that wasn't reason enough to send me on a suicide mission was it???" Before she'd had the chance to examine the subject further, a dot appeared in the sky in the distance, the radar confirming her suspicions. At last the last two balls were here, and they could get this wishing thing started. ~Speaking of which... how the hell am I supposed to start it....~ In moments, Areu had arrived, floating downwards to a smooth landing, one golden ball in each hand, his clothes singed and torn from whatever encounters he'd needed to overcome to acquire the treasures. "Damn, what the hell happened to you?" She mutterred under her breath, rememberring that she hadn't exactly had things easy during her retrievals either. It seemed the android hadn't heard her, however, nodding towards her before placing the last two balls into the circle, fitting into the pattern she had set. ~Dammit I wish he hadn't done that, what if the person who puts the last ball in gets the wish~ She cursed in her mind, watching on as the circle of seven balls began to glow with a brilliant golden radiance. Once again, the nervous anticipation welled up in Snow's throat, the instinct to bolt away from the site rising as the glow grew stronger. ~What the hell am I doing here, it's a trap!!!~ her inner voice screamed as she struggled against it, tensing her muscles and standing firm. The moments passed, and the balls reached a maximum brightness, and nothing further happened. "What the.... aren't these things supposed to conjure a dragon..." Slowly, uncertainly, she strode towards them, walking around the balls as she observed them. Tentatively, she sent out a small flow of her senses towards it, feeling the energy radiating off them. "There's something here, I know it. There's something I must do..." Another look at the circle, and she had a thought. She'd placed the one ball in the center, with the other six wrapped around it in a circle. Carefully, she reached in with her tail, lifting the one ball out of the center, and bringing it to the seven ball, knocking the other back where the first had been before setting it back down on the earthen plateau. "Still nothing... maybe it's words..." Closing her eyes, the changeling sought the words to summon the dragon, trying to remember what she'd heard of the legend in the past. "Dragon..." she began hesitantly, but as soon as the word was out of her mouth, she knew instinctively that it wasn't the correct way to begin. ~Friar Absti said somthing about this too... he called it... the Eternal Dragon....~ "I Snow am here to summon the Eternal Dragon, by the power of the seven dragon balls, to have my wish granted." Raising her arms dramatically, she could feel the air explode around her, sending her flying back a good fifteen paces as the sky turned black, blocking out the sun and hiding all view of the clouds, a massive lightning bolt shooting forth up from the circle of dragon balls to brighten the sky. When the flash faded, in it's place floated the massive dragon, easily one hundred meters in length, and truly feroceous in appearance, looking like a great chinese dragon of legend, coupled with antlers on it's head. "I am Shenron, the Eternal Dragon, what doest thou wish!?" It commanded, it's massively powerful voice booming across the landscape like thunder, shaking the trees beneath which it floated, illuminating the entire island in the same golden glow of the dragon balls. "I...uh..." she hesitated, stepping forward into the frightening gaze of the dragon. "Give me your wish now mortal, or I shall slay thee and be on my way!" It boomed, it's eyes flashing red as it coiled it's massive body like a serpent ready to strike. "I wish for a ship, eternal dragon, the fastest one you can give me." Uncoiling dramatically, the dragon lifted it's head to the black sky, opening it's great maw. "Thy wish is granted!" It bellowed, dissappearing in a great flash of lightning, accompanied by a massive explosion of thunder. As the sky returned to normal, a beautiful, smooth, organic shaped ship of namekian design could be seen floating down from where the dragon's mouth had pointed, as if gently carried in the palm of some invisible giant before setting down lightly on the plateau infront of her, it's elegant vissage filling her eyes with sparkling wonder. "AREU, your welcome to come with me if you like, I could really use someone who understands mechanics in the engine room, please wait for me there? If you wish to come of course..." She left off, knowing full well it would do her no good to for her to try to force the android's hand. Even if she were to succeed he would not cooperate. To her appreciation, the being nodded again, as it had before, and dissappeared into the ship's hull, leaving her to stare in wonder at the beautiful craft she had been given. "Just wait until Papa hears about this!" She exclaimed excitedly. OOC: 1022 words, conjured the eternal dragon, made a wish (A 'cash' wish, of 2500 zennie, but in character she was wishing for a ship. 1500 cash was spent on a Namekian Ship, 500 spent on Rocket Boosters, and 500 cash is just going to poof, appear in her account and not have anything to do with the story lol. I figured it was better for sake of the RP to do it this way rather than wish for cash and then randomly go buy a ship.

| Looking around at the beach, Ash couldn’t help but smile at all of the people that were up and down the beach alongside him that didn’t know of his secrets and didn’t know of his skills. He had taken the day off to go for a jog along the beach but for some reason things just didn’t feel right in this world, almost as if there were an immense power gathering, but he quickly ignored it, telling himself that such a thing wouldn’t happen on such a tranquil planet. Jogging down the beach he came to a dock that led out to many other little storage docks where the upper class citizens of the town kept their boats and what should happen to catch his eye? A beautiful little silver and red speed boat with no one around and the keys blatantly hanging out of the ignition. He couldn’t pass up such an opportunity so he carefully walked down the dock and slipped amongst the storage pieces and down to the end just as the sky grew dark enough to blot out most light. Hopping onto the bow of the boat and into the drivers seat, throwing the thing in reverse and speeding off into the ocean, driving the boat completely on intuition and a feeling of what was around him. If anyone asked him how he was doing everything right now, he wouldn’t be able to tell them but that would be a story for later since something astonishing happened. A giant dragon seemed to appear out of nowhere and a golden glow filled an island in the distance. He was obviously too far from the island to hear what the dragon was saying but he could see that it was speaking with something on the island and then after not too long it left but he had already moved close enough to the island that he could safely jump from the boat to land without touching water. Accidentally throwing the boat into full throttle he jumped off the bow and watched as it beached itself and suddenly stopped from sand jamming up the motor. ‘There goes returning the thing, seems like this will be a one way trip’ he said and walked towards the source of where the golden light just was, hoping to find someone who could help him get home or maybe help him with who he really was… if he wasn’t just a freak. Moving through the trees of the island and keeping to the shadows for some unknown reason he searched the many openings he came across until he spotted what seemed to be a ship on a plateau. Looking up he smiled and crouched low and then jumped high into the air, as high as he could go and then grabbed onto the wall, starting to goat climb towards the top. He would grab a ledge and get into a secure, crouched position, then jump to another ledge off to the side and up, going in a zigzag pattern up to the cliff ledge and then pulled himself up. | The android waited, crossing his arms over his chest as the changeling woman played with her balls. His eyes focused intently on the seven orange spheres. He was skeptical that anything would come from these things. And yet, intrigued that they may just prove true. His interests peaked as Snow began to call out from the creature. And the cross haired targets in the center of his eyes widened as the balls began to glow a light yellow. The balls seemed to explode with an overwhelming power, generating tremendous winds that blew through the android’s white lab coat, making it flail behind him like a cape caught in a hurricane. And yet, unlike Snow, AREU shifted his weight, widening his stance and raising both arms to help block the blinding light from his optical sensors. The sky eventually darkened, and the sun completely blocked off. It was as if the apocalypse had come. And the green skinned android was in the perfect position to observe it first hand. Lowering his arms, AREU looked up at what appeared to be a glowing, divine dragon. How was this possible? What sort of strange trick of reality could this be? A being of this magnitude and size, materializing out of thin air!? This just was not possible, and yet.. This had to be explained. Studied. But the android found himself unable to move. Standing there in total shock, his mind processing information and in coming data at a billion megabytes a second. Nothing would escape his sight. But it left him unable to perform other actions as well. Finally, Snow made her wish. And the god-like dragon saw fit to grant it. Again, by some miracle impossible to explain, the dragon conjured what appeared to be a perfectly designed spacecraft. And just like that, the dragon vanished. The balls scattering to the four corners of the Earth. Slowly, the android’s processes went back to normal. His mind buzzing from overuse. So many questions, and so little answers. Lowering his defenses, and returning to his usual straight man pose, the android’s eyes scanned the area. There was no visual trace of the occurrence, save for the newly formed space ship. The goals of the changeling woman were now a bit clearer. She was to leave Earth. It made sense. As a space cow thing, it would be natural for her to wish to leave a planet that saw her as a space cow thing. AREU however, was made on Earth. It was, for the most part, his birth place. And he still had more to learn here. He had yet to meet Korin, or learn of the secret that was the Holy Water. Things that the android had wished to do before departing. But at the same time, he may not find another chance for such a thing ever again. The changeling woman asked AREU if he would accompany her on her voyage. She needed a mechanical engineer. And this was true. If she were to leave now, a single malfunction would mean the end of the space cow woman. It would be improper to leave her to such a fate. And it did not entirely impede his own goal of studying other life forms, and the universe itself. Where else would he find a ship capable of intergalactic travel, after all? With a silent nod to the changeling woman, AREU walked to the ship. Examining every detail as he climbed on board. It was sturdy enough, but how well did it work? It was generating from nothing, so how well would it hold against the atmospheric forces at work upon leaving the atmosphere? Of course, the android himself could survive such a fate. But could the space cow? It was entirely likely she would die. Just another reason AREU felt inclined to stay. So as to make sure this vessel did not deteriorate and kill the female. Examining the ship intently, the android would buy time idly tapping and prodding the vessel. Making sure it was, in fact, fully tangible and capable of space travel. words: 682

| Now that she was alone, Snow s lowly approached the ship, marveling at the way it looked. Sleek and organic in design, it's hull curving and curling beautifully in a display of aerodynamic craftsmanship the likes of which she had never seen. Back on Icer the only ships she had ever seen had always been such blocky, utilitarian vessels. But this, this ship was a true masterpiece. In her mind, Snow could already see the look on her mother's face as she brought this beauty in for a landing and proceeded to exit and kick the bitch's ass. As the changeling woman reached the hull, she reached out with a hand, lightly carressing it as she walked up and down the length of the ship, feeling it's strength, it's grace. Getting to know the ship and learning it's personality, contemplating a name. "Well girl..." She began at last, thinking of the long journey that lay ahead. "We'll just have to find your name another time, for now, we should probably be on our way." With introductions complete, snow made her way into the ship, headed towards the bridge, or at least the front. Upon arrival, it proved her suspicians had been confirmed, and she now stood in the command deck. "Greetings mistress," spoke a voice that had Snow spinning, searching for it's location. The voice had been that of a woman, but somehow more... electronic... "Who said that?" She inquired, already intuiting who it was to whom she was speaking, though she had to be certain. "I am Sliph, and I am here to please you. Do you wish to travel?" As she was watching the screen, a holographic form of a beautiful woman came up out of the projector, a quicksilver duplicate of Snow's own form. "Yes Sliph, I do wish to travel." Snow could ownly stare in amazement. Not only did the ship have a personality, but the ship's computer seemed very nearly sentient, almost as though it had a mind and will (albeit a will to please her) of it's own. "As you wish mistress, where shall we travel?" Inquired Sliph, gesturing out the viewport towards the sky. "Home Sliph, take us home." A smile appeared on the quicksilver form, nodding in her eagerness to please as she began the pre-flight protocols, preparing to lift off the planet surface. Meanwhile, outside it would appear that a young man of eaerth descent had risen onto the plateau, completely undetected by Sliph's sensors, and was making his way unnoticed towards the ship. Completely oblivious to the intrusion, Sliph would continue her warm up sequence, the out door remaining open for a few minutes longer before all was ready and it was sealed for take off. More than sufficient time for the stranger to slip aboard should he wish it, as Snow took a seat in the captain's chair, strapping herself in securely, none the wiser about the potential stow away. A few moments later, the door would close, the engines fire up, and the elegant craft smoothly glide up from the surface, carrying it's passengers into the atmosphere, towards the dark depths of space. Little did Snow, in her eagerness to be off on this journey, realize that in telling the Namekian ship to take her home, she had told it to take her to it's home, the place she had been made. Rather than a trip to icer, the Sliph was taking those aboard her decks to the planet Namek, where who knows what sorts of adventures await them. Tune in next time, on DRAGON BALL Z! OOC: 591 words, left plenty of opportunity for Beowulf's guy to sneak aboard (including his phasing trick if he wants lol), and the ship is taking off, heading for Namek. (Also, I didn't count that corny tune in line in the words, but I had to count it, my closing was just too episodic, it really felt like the end of an episode xD) One more post dealing with the stow away (if he decides to come lol) and then I'll be starting a new thread in space.

| Ash looked around the small plateau only to find a rather large and magnificent ship of some sort, though he had no idea what it was really for, all he knew was that it was a lot like him. It was different from the world around it, it wouldn’t fit in with the creatures and vehicles of this world and so he felt a form of companionship with it as he approached. Reaching out to gently lay a hand on the ship and feel the warmth of its systems start up he suddenly let go of his focus to stay normal. And as with everything else in the world when he let go of his focus, he fell through it instead of touching it. Landing heavily on the floor beyond, the wind was knocked out of Asheron and he drifted into the subconscious state of sleep. Laying there on the ground he finally had peaceful dreams for the first time at the thought of potentially running into another race that was different from humans, or maybe even a race like his own. Curling up in the cold, Ash dreamt on of the many things throughout the galaxy and even the universe. Of creatures of different shapes and sizes that possessed traits that he had never even thought of before, and there he found happiness at no longer being some freak and maybe, just maybe, making a difference in other peoples lives. Maybe that was too much to dream but it was truly what ash wanted out of life more than anything else in the world, the universe even. And so he rested on, curled up in a little ball, sliding ever so slowly around the ship with each major maneuver that was made, only to bump into another wall every time. ooc: 301 words, 817 words total for thread

| "Mistress, we are being hailed from the planet earth." ~What the hell do those damn humans want with me.~ She cursed mentally, still in the atmosphere accelerating gradually into the darkness. ~I should just ignore the fools, the earth government's never done anything good or smart to begin with. They never did anything to try to make my life easier, why the hell should I help them.~ She thought, thinking back to all the times she'd been arrested and thrown into a cell on suspicion of things she'd been nowhere near. BUT, if there was one thing the earth government was good at, it was gathering technological weapons to itself, and using them without prejudice against those they viewed as threats. On reconsideration, it would be unwise to provoke them unnecessarily, before long she'd be free of their meddlesome grasp anyway, free to do her own thing for as long as her training lasted before she returned back to the family. "Go ahead and open the com center, I'd rather not have to deal with any anti-air attacks. Some of the weapons those bastards have are sure to be troublesome." The quicksilver image of herself nodded, holding out her hands to form a screen upon which a two-dimensional image appeared. "Unidentified ship, identify yourself immediately." That voice... Snow knew that voice... "James!?" "In the flesh... well sorta..." Before the communication could be carried any further the communications officer's chair was shoved out of the way, only to be replaced by the imposing visage of Big Mike. "Papa it worked, it really worked, I've got my own ship!" she exclaimed, smiling like a child. "I can see that my daughter. I... imagine you won't be returning to us?" He inquired, a slight look of pain on his face. "Oh Papa of course I'll return. I promised I would. I'm just going home to see my family and..." She paused, grinning maliciously.... "put them in their place. And do that warrior training I promised you I would. Then I'll come home stronger than ever, you'll see!" A slight smile could be seen on the large man's face as he stroked his mustache. "I'm glad to hear that Snow, when James here picked up a new unidentified and unregistered ship LEAVING the planet's surface, and from a remote area far from any manufacturers, I had a feeling it was you. I'd worried you had decided you were finished with us, my child. It is good to know you still wish to work for us. Please know that any time you wish you are always welcome back with the family, even after you grow too old to serve in the field." "Mistress, the signal is beginning to break as we are breaking through the atmosphere." Even as the Sliph said those words, Big Mike's image began to warble. "I guess this is goodbye for now papa, but I'll be back, I promise!" Raising her hand to wave, there was only signal strength enough for her to see the mob boss waving back before the view screen winked out infront of her. "We have reached orbit Mistress, and are prepared to make the jump. Do you still wish to travel?" The Sliph inquired, seeing the pain in the changeling's features, her own mirror taking the form of a comforting sister, reaching out to lightly caress the changeling's cheek, whiping at the tears. "Yes, I wish to travel. Take me home." Releasing the girl's cheek, the Sliph smiled, pulling back to her usual position, firing up the warp drives, plotting the course to HER home, the lush, green planet Namek, fully unaware that the woman she had accepted as her pilot was seeking to travel to Icer, a planet nearly the polar opposite of Namek in terms of climate and terrain, as different from one another as night is from day, as fire is from ice. "You will be pleased." OOC: 654 words Officially left orbit, tied up a an RP loose end, and concluded the thread.
