Stats Explained
Power Level: Also known as energy, ki, chi, or qi depending on where you are from. Essentially it is a representation of a character's fighting capabilities. In the game, power level determines a character's "life", the energy source and the power of their energy attacks. The higher a character's power level in comparison to another, the higher the damage done by an energy technique. Likewise, if a character has a lower power level, then the less damage their energy attacks do. For example an energy attack that is less than a third of your power level will have little effect on your character.
Strength: Refers to your character's physical prowess, or how much damage in melee combat they are able to cause and how much melee damage they are able to withstand. It is also linked to your character's stamina and how much a character can do physically, such as running or engaging in melee combat for extended periods. The more strength your character has, the more resistant they are to physical attacks. Also keep in mind, strength doesn't necessarily mean the amount of muscle on one's body, just how strong they are.
Speed: Refers to both movement speed as well as agility and quickness in combat. Having a really high speed makes it easier to avoid getting hit, but it also drains stamina really fast. It is important to have a balance between Speed and Strength as having a high speed is useless without the physical stamina to maintain it for extended periods of time. As a general rule, try to keep your speed no more than double your strength.
Intelligence: Refers to your mental power and battle intelligence instead of how smart your character is. Intelligence is a supportive stat and, depending on how many points of Intelligence you have, it will grant your character certain bonuses. For every 1.000 points of Intelligence: You get 1 extra use to apply to one limited uses move. For every 3.000 points of Intelligence: You get 1 free move change.
Sensing:Refers to both your five primary senses as well as your ability to detect the energy of other beings. Sensing is a supportive stat and, depending on how many points of sensing you have, it will grant your character certain bonuses. 250: Sight Speed = speed x1.3 500: Gain a sixth sense { may feel ki in a radius of 1 mile, though cannot precise the position or direction or the level of the ki being sensed } 750: Choose one of the six senses to be your best sensing { "superhuman" precision with this sense } 1.000: Sight Speed = speed x1.4 2.000: May feel ki in a radius of 10 miles 3.000: Can feel ki planetary wise 4.000: Sight Speed = speed x1.5 5.000: Can feel the energy of unanimated objects, allowing blind fight at your sensing + sight speed bonus using your best sensing. 6.000: Can fell ki universally wise 7.000: sight speed = speed x1.6 8.000: You are a walking scouter.
