| Aliens
An alien creation is not a specific race in and of itself. In the universe, there are many races undiscovered and registered in any
books or database logs from any computer. These are classified as alien
creations, since they can come from any planet in the universe and can show
abilities never seen by anyone in the known world.
Abilities
Racial Ability: Create one racial ability for your character.
Learning Ability:
Create a learning ability for your character; no intelligence required.
Learning Move:
The alien creation can create a MOVE
that is like a mini-form of a sig move. Does pl x1.3 and counts as a level 3 move.
Meditation: The
user rests, staying motionless for 1 week and then wakes up with
new powers. He / she gets a x1.2 PL boost.
Racial Quests
Create Your Quest: Yes... Even that you are able to
customize. Put your custom Racial Quest on the permit board for approval.

a 2.000 word story describing how you
you learned your race's most powerful ability. Must have a base pl of at
