| Otherworld Trainers
Also mentioned
previously, there is another type of trainers that you can train: the
otherworld trainers. These, are special trainers that once you are sent
to one of them, you will never be able to train in another. First, the
500 words roleplay of King Yenma sending you to the Kai. Then 1 week of
wait to cross the snakeway { -1 day for every level you are above lv 1
} . And, finally, the 3.000 words quest for their training. The gravity
in King Kai's planet is at x10. All Kai moves are to be considered a lv
7 move.
North Kai North
Kai, also known as King Kai is a joke lover; the overseer of the North
Quadrant of the galaxy. Living along with him, there is the monkey
Bubbles and the cricket Gregory, who aids him in trianing his pupils.
To complete the King Kai's training you must: 1. Catch Bubbles. 2. Hit Gregory with a hammer. 3. Fight King Kai. 4. Hit a brick going super fast.
After that you'll learn: Kaioken:
A transformation type technique that allows you to elevate your power
according with the unlocked level of Kaioken. You require at least 250
words training to learn every level above the first, which is the one
North Kai teaches you. Kaioken cannot be used along with other
transformations. Levels of Kaioken: Kaioken { Basic }: pl x1.5; str&spd x1.15 Kaioken x2: pl x2; str&spd x1.2 Kaioken x3: pl x3; str&spd x1.3 Kaioken x4: pl x4; str&spd x1.4 Kaioken x5: pl x5; str&spd x1.5 Kaioken x6: pl x6; str&spd x1.6 Kaioken x7: pl x7; str&spd x1.7 Kaioken x8: pl x8; str&spd x1.8 Kaioken x9: pl x9; str&spd x1.9 Kaioken x10: pl x10; str&spd x2 Kaioken x15: pl x15; str&spd x2.5 Kaioken x20: pl x20; str&spd x3
You
may attempt to elevate the Kaioken up to 1 level above the one level
you mastered so far. If you do that, you won't be able to fight for a
week. It stays active for up to 10 posts in the same battle and after
the 10 posts, you'll be out of energy, requiring a day to recover. You
may learn 1 level of kaioken per day per thread.
Genki Dama:
North Kai's most powerful technique. This is a slow charging technqieu
that calls upon the life energy of the planet and the living beings to
form a ball of energy. The more energy donated, the stronger the
ball... and the longer the charge. If shot by the end of of your post: pl x2 If charged for a whole post, and shot in the end of the second post: pl x3
If charged for 2 whole posts, and shot in the end of the third post: pl x4
If charged for 3 whole posts, and shot in the end of the fourth post: pl x5
If charged for 4 whole posts, and shot in the end of the fifth post: pl x10
You can use this only once per battle, not subjected to extra uses.
South Kai The
overseer of the south quadrant of the galaxy. It is said that, because
his quadrant is too peaceful, his students are the weakest amongst the
students of the other kais. His moves are all of a defensive type and
never offensive. His training consists of defensive ways of fighting.
South Kai's techniques are:
Pupa:
A very weird technique in which you encase yourself in some sort of
cocoon made of your own energy and enters a meditative state for a
whole month. After that whole period of inactiveness, you'll come out
twice as much more powerful than you were before. Once per existence.
South Kai created this technique to equalize the power between his
students and the other kais', since his quadrant has the disavantage of
breeding weak warriors.
Purotekuto!:
South Kai's most powerful technique. It is a barrier capable of
protecting the user from any move whose level is below his. Can use
only once per battle.
East Kai The
overseer
of the east quadrant of the galaxy and the only one of the kais that it
is a woman. She is very strict with her students which are trained to
be the fastest of the universe. Her training is composed most of races
and speed management. Her techniques are:
Sukuryukudo:
A super speed technique that will have the user's speed boosted by x1.1
in the first post and will go up by +0.1 per post, until x2. Every post
though, drains about 10% of the user's stamina, meaning if he / she
uses this for the whole 10 posts in a battle, he'll completely
exhausted after it and won't be able to fight anymore.
Mach Punch:
A technique that combines both strenght and speed in on massive attack.
If your speed is x1.3 times higher than the opponent, your strength
goes x1.1. If your speed is x1.5 times higher than the opponent's, your
strength goes x1.3. If your speed is x2 times higher than your
opponent's, your strength go x1.5. If your speed is x3 times higher than your opponent's, your strength go x2. Can use 1 time per battle.
West Kai The
overseer
of the west quadrant of the galaxy. IWest Quadrant is said to breed the
strongest warriors of the galaxy and that makes West Kai really cocky
and confident about his students' skills. West Kai and North Kai are
long time rivals. His training is the complete opposite of South Kai's;
He focuses more on offensive techniques and offensive training. Once
you've managed to beat 3 of his disciples in order, he'll fight you
himself and teach you his techniques. These are:
Omega Mode:
A technique which is very similar to the Kaioken, though less powerful. Pl goes x15 and speed and strength goes x2.5.
It may however be used along with transformations. In that case, it
gives +5 to the pl multiplier and +0.5 to strength and speed
multipliers.
Super Power:
Create a learning move based off one element. Can use 3 times per
battle. This is the only kai technique that shall be considered lv 3
and not lv 7.
Dabura: The Evil Trainer Evil
people go to Hell and therefore, they don't have access to the Kai's
planets. Instead, they can look for Dabura in the scorched plains on
Hell attempt to become a student. Dabura won't lose his time with
weaklings. Only those at lv 4+ can train under Dabura tutelage. His
trainign is really harsh and varies along with his imagination { and the players'
} . After his training, speed and strength increase in +1.000 each, as
a special bonus. Hell doesn't have increased gravity, though. Those who
drank the holy water from the quest won't gain the stat bonus and those
who train at Dabura and drink it, will lose the stat bonus from
training under his tutelage, as it will purify their soul. Dabura's
techniques are:
Flame Aura: Works like the Omega Mode, but instead of x15 pl and x2.5 speed and strength, it is x20 pl and x3 speed and strength.
Ultimate Power:
Create another signature move. Can use 2 times per battle.
*All senseis give a "Gi" with their emblem after you complete their training.
