I'm making everyone starting Sight Speed x1.2 instead of just equal to speed. That'll avoid some few problems I didn't seem coming at first. Konat's racial does +0.2 s.spd and sen x1.2 at close combat now, meaning that all races but konats maxes out at a sight spd of x1.8, while konats max out at a sight spd of x2. You're also gaining +1 move on levels 2, 4 and 6, that you can create upon reaching a base pl of respectively 250.000, 1.500.000 and 3.500.000.
