If there's a pulse in this site, I'll move forward with getting things adjusted a bit as far as mechanics are concerned. I have been on DBRPG for years and years, and I've seen active membership fluctuate between 2 and 100+. Those were the days... and I think the game mechanics should be simplified down to sort of how they were back then. This needs to be more DBRPG and less WoW-like intertwined mechanics I think. I like the idea of the transformations how they are now, but the old system was predictable, had less variables, was easier to catch onto, and it lasted for a long, long time.
The new moves system is kinda cool, but there still needs to be a list of base techniques required to move from level to level. I'd also like to get rid of any and all % signs unless they are in signature moves. Quests need to get thinned out, weapon proficiency tweaked, etc, etc...
Anyone have a problem with me moving things around, posting updates on the details of the changes, and taking suggestions as I go?
