Whats up with Hybrids?

More specifically Hybrid Saiyans. I see that one of the requirements for Super Saiyan 4 is having to train at the Saiyan Academy and must be a pure breed. So basically Saiyan Hybrids can't reach their last Saiyan transformation (if they choose to use the Saiyan transformation set.)

FYI as well: might be coming back sooner than expected but we'll see.

Their last transformation now is a Racial Quest. The boundary is pure blood. Non pure only get to lv 3 at most of super saiyan, which is even at x35 pl boost.

i liked the old way better. but it does make sense tho. back on the old rpg i had to opt out of getting a tail so it was always weird regarding the SSJ4 trans.

it also just seems unbalanced tho b/c most other races that have hybrids can reach their last trans set...

You're not understanding this Lance. It is not unbalanced because SSJ 4 isn't part of the transformation set anymore.

Weak transfromation sets reach x30 pl in their last transformation.
Better transformation sets reach x35 pl in their last transformation.

The last trans on saiyans' set is SSJ 3, which is at pl x35 and therefore even with the transformations system. SSJ 4 is somethign totally apart from basic transformations.
