Starter Move:

Submission Lock { Lv 1 }:
Drawbacks: Touch, Deals No Damage
Benefits- The target is unable to move for as long as the lock is held, however Ryder can not use any techniques while he maintains it.
Description: Ryder locks his opponent up in a grapple, contorting his body in a way it was not intended to go, causing severe pain to the point his adversary is unable to move unless he can break the hold (against 1.1x Ryder's Strength). While maintaining this hold, Ryder is unable to use any other techniques.

Of course I'm open to discussing possible changes you guys have in mind.

I'm gonna have to say no for this set up. I think it's just way to over powered. But that's just my oppinion.

Ryder, the description of hybrid on the Race page is two races, no more.

Neji, the problem isn't so much the setup as it is changelings as a whole (infact, personally I think changelings on their own are more broken,) but eh, no big deal really.

And Riano... Check out Alexander

I understand that there already is one, but it's against the rules of making the character. Whoever approved it should rethink the decision.

*points to bio thread* Kenny was the one that put it up but their is also an issue about all of this anyway as he never posted anything but his 1st lvl move meaning regardless if it's shown without it being approved off within the permit board it wouldn't be able to being used anyway.
