By 1 post: if pl is up to 75% yours
By 2 posts: if pl is up to 50% yours
By 3 posts: { enough for an attack to get through } : if pl is up to 1/3 yours

| It's gotta be just the paralysis. If they're paralyzed, they won't be moving anyway so don't worry about the barrier. If you really want the barrier, make it a separate or higher level move. These are two separate effects with no drawback, the way I see it now.

| Yeah I gotta agree with what Riano is stating in this, it's too much split into two or figure something else out for it but it's too much for a single move without having the drawbacks to back it up.

I swear, half this site has to have reading problems. A Barrier is what Paralysis the Person. Thus, there is one effect, and while the skill is in use, Anderson's PL is decreased by .05, which will add up over time.

Upon casting the spell, a barrier of holy light will form around the target, preventing the target from moving. This act will permenently drain the user by 5% of his total pl, and it will not regenerate after the battle ends. Paralysis: Will instantly paralyze someone upon hitting:
