Fox Flare { Lv 1 }: Oni curls his hand into a fist, thrusting it forward, which releases a powerful burst of light blinding anyone but himself. Deals no Damage, Blinding.

Also: What's the limit of a signature move and what it can do? As in, does it count as a certain level move or what?

Signature move is the name given to lv 5 moves. And your tech is approved.

Fox Fang { Lv 5 }: Gathering his energy into his hand, Oni moves in at a close range to deliver a blow that, if it hits, will deliver piercing cuts all over the target's body, as if being chewed by giant teeth. Though the move requires for Oni to hit his opponent hand-to-hand, it requires a speed at x1.5 of Oni's in order to be able to dodge the move. Ultimate Piercing, Very Hard To Dodge, Requires Touch

^will be gained from the Human Racial Adept quest
Reasoning for the modifiers... Its a lvl 5 move, so its gets a lvl 5 mod for free... then there's the requires touch thing, which gives me another lvl 5 mod... The Ultimate Piercing mod is a lvl 4 mod and the Very Hard To Dodge is a lvl 6 mod... so... yeah. Should even out. Correct me if I'm wrong tongue

Lv 1 is approved
Sig move seems too powerful, but I'm gonna see what Fellipe de Lima Tolezano Brandao (Is that right? XD) thinks.

Wrong Kenny =P You missing one surname and the order is incorrect XD

Sig is way too powerful. Ultimate effect and one advanced effect. No way. You are allowed to pick one Advanced effect { up to l 5 } and one basic effect if a drawback is added { up to lv 3 } .

Well, as you explained with that... and added it to the Moves page... it makes a lot more sense tongue

Fox Fang { Lv 5 }: Gathering his energy into his hand, Oni moves in at a close range to deliver a blow that, if it hits, will deliver piercing cuts all over the target's body that will pierce anyone whose pl is less than Oni's pl x1.5, as if being chewed by giant teeth. Though the move requires for Oni to hit his opponent hand-to-hand, it requires a speed at x1.3 of Oni's in order to be able to dodge the move. Ultimate Piercing, Hard To Dodge, Requires Touch

btw... you got two effects labelled Ultimate Piercing. The one I'm using is the lvl 4 version.
Also, was wondering if, seeing as how this is a lvl 5 move and Hard To Dodge is a lvl 3 effect and Ultimate Piercing is a lvl 4 effect... could I perhaps elevate Ultimate Piercing to lvl 5, making it something around pl x1.6 or x1.65 to determine if it pierces?
If not, its cool tongue

I'll say x1.6 for the piercing and can be used 2 times, because of the effects being from different levels.

Doesn't matter if you pick a lv 3 effect with a lv 5 move. At lv 5 you can pick any effect up to lv 5 { implying naturally in the picking of a lv 4-5 effect for main effect and 1 lv 1-3 effect for the basic effect a draweback allows you to add} . In your case, the lv4-5 effect you picked is improved piercing and the lv 1-3 effect you picked is hard to dodge.

Yeah, but... you've also said that we can make our own effects that could be approved or not... where what I'm asking for is an effect that is based off Ultimate Piercing, but, as a lvl 5 effect instead of a lvl 4 effect o.o

If it helps, I'll call it Superiour Piercing or something tongue

You can make your own effects, but of course, there's a rule for the workings.
Basic Piercing { x1.3 } < Improved Piercing { x1.5 } < Ultimate Piercing { x1.8 }

First one is available at lv 1... Second, at lv 4 and the last, at lv 7.

The same way getting basic piercing on lv 2 won't raise the piercing because you can get it on lv 1, same happens in this case. Specially, because you've already got the maximum a Lv 5 will get.

Base: Choose 1 advanced effect, up to lv 5 { You chose improved piercing, at x1.5 }
Drawback Added: Now choose one more basic effect { ranging from lv 1-3 }... You chose Hard to Dodge

See why the piercing isn't getting any bigger? =P

Yep... but you need to put these things on the page then, saying that you can't modify existing Effects tongue

Anyway, how about the lvl 5 move then... approved? Seeing as how what I put up is just with the normal lvl 4 ultimate piercing?
