(Type : Piercing: Will pierce through anything up to your pl / strength x1.3. If the piercing doesn't work, the energy will barely burn the target.) Every Use Per Battle force's Alucard's Speed down by 30% for 1 post as it draws Ki from his Motor Functions to power the blast.
