Alright I'm noticing a trend when it comes to making a hybrid character and well though things haven't been inforced since the site has reopened with all the new changes and well I'm inforcing this now. To those that haven't done so yet pls don't take this wrong but these things happen and well they do get over looked and well all racials choosen to any and all Hybrids must be posted on the permit board for reveiw so that we admins can asst if changes should be made.
