Energy Blast { Lv 1 }: Energy Blast: Vegeta fires a burst of energy from his hand. PL x1.1 [needs approval]

I know that Hyuuga_Neji told me that it needs a drawback, however in looking at some other character bios, a move that's simple like that they don't have drawbacks. I'm not trying to argue, I swear, I'm just curious, lol.

Can only be used 5 times a battle, that's all that I can think of I guess.

Energy Blast { Lv 1 }: Energy Blast: Vegeta fires a burst of energy from his hand. Vegeta can use it 5 times a battle. PL x1.1

It's ok to allow it limitless. It's a generic blast attack with no effect.

aight I guess it's good with me as well then *has also taken off the need approval on bio with no changes made*
